Dr. Morrow works with clients to offer and facilitate specifically tailored experiences that help teams, organizations, and groups work towards intercultural alchemy in alignment with their goals and objectives. He designs immersive and hands-on learning experiences that help participants understand their cultural strengths and combine those strengths with those around them to transform themselves and their community.

Constructive Dialogue Facilitation
Dr. Morrow is certified to facilitate across intercultural backgrounds, beliefs, and differences. His facilitation training background includes Essential Partners, the Constructive Dialogue Institute, and the National Intergroup Dialogue Institute.​ Whether your group needs to have productive political discourse, navigate a work conflict, or just get to know each other more deeply, Dr. Morrow is prepared to facilitate meaningful and impactful conversations that bridge divides, improve understanding and encourage ongoing connection.
Speaking Engagements
Dr. Morrow is available for lectures, keynotes, panels, and public addresses for audiences of all sizes and backgrounds. He is specifically interested in, though not limited to, speaking on topics related to intercultural and inclusive leadership, leadership and change management, and Black male leadership.
